Meet Rosie
Born and raised in Mexico City, Rosie's connection to bread began in her grandparents' cafés de chinos, where some of her earliest memories were shaped by family, food, and the smell of fresh bread.
Years later, she returned to those roots and created Rosie's Artisan Baker.
Today, every batch reflects the same values she grew up with: family, patience, tradition, and care.
